Shipping Policy 

  1. Shipping methods

We offer two delivery options for orders within Greece:

Speedex Courier - Home or office delivery. Cost: €4.00 per order (free for orders over €50).

Box Now - Self-service parcel locker pickup. Cost: €2.50 per order (free for orders over €50).

All prices include VAT (24%). You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  1. Delivery times

Athens & Thessaloniki: 1-2 business days (Speedex & Box Now) Rest of mainland Greece: 2-3 business days (Speedex & Box Now) Greek islands: 3-5 business days via Speedex only (Box Now not available for island destinations) Cyprus & EU countries: Coming soon - check back for updates

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Greek public holidays.

  1. Box Now lockers

Box Now is a self-service parcel locker network available across Greece (major cities and towns). Once your order arrives at your chosen locker, you will receive an SMS and email with a unique pickup code.

Parcels are held at the locker for 3 calendar days. If not collected within this window, the parcel is returned to us and re-shipping costs will apply.

Note: Box Now is not available for Greek island destinations or for cash on delivery orders.

  1. Cash on delivery (αντικαταβολή)

Cash on delivery is available for Speedex home deliveries within Greece. An additional fee of €2.50 applies per order. COD is not available for Box Now locker pickups or for EU shipments.

  1. Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (EET/EEST) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  1. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the Speedex website. Box Now orders include a locker pickup code sent by both SMS and email. You can also check your order status from your account page at any time.

  1. Failed deliveries & returned parcels

If a Speedex delivery attempt fails, the carrier will make a second attempt or leave a notice for you to arrange collection. Please contact Speedex within 5 business days. If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed (Speedex or Box Now), we will contact you by email. Re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  1. Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@deathby.art. For lost parcels, please allow 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reporting. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

  1. Returns & right of withdrawal

In accordance with Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
